PhD position: Urine biomarkers exploration to monitor lifestyle diseases

‘What if we could use urine to detect diseases early and use lifestyle changes to prevent them?’

With this position, we are looking for a PhD candidate that can help us find urinary biomarkers to achieve this. This project is part of the ‘Smart Bathroom for Health’, that has the goal to non-invasively and regularly measure its user’s health status and provide personalized feedback. For example, by measuring urinary biomarkers in a smart toilet.

The project is hosted by OnePlanet Research Center. The candidate’s main position will be at the Radboudumc.
